StoPanel Technology

StoPanel Technology is the newest addition to Ocean Drywall’s services and where the construction industry is headed. StoPanels are a lightweight pre-fabricated exterior wall panel that gets craned in to place once the exterior steel and concrete are in place. Built off-site in one of several of our partner’s certified manufacturing facilities, the panels come with the studs, sheathing, air barrier, insulation board, and an assortment of finishes already assembled. Depending on the wishes of the owner, they can come in a variety of finishes such as EIFS, metal panel, fiber cement, masonry, and precast finishes (and can even come with windows already installed). Once in place on the structure, the rest of the trades are released to begin constructing the interior of the building as the exterior is now complete and safe from the elements. In addition to being expertly crafted in a controlled environment, StoPanels ensure that new buildings and additions are completed in a fraction of the time.
